Lakes Course and Canyon Course
Played at Lakes Course in Feb 2021 twice. I was a pleasure to play there. The first front 9 have water in play, and plenty of trees in the rough. It is good off all tees and new players will find this course very entertaining but from the Black tee, OMG, you really need some course management and strategies. From the Black everything changes, not just the yardage. Very entertaining for all levels. Beats, Laguna Golf Course and Loch Palm by miles, this is course is far more interesting.
In Mar 2021, they reopened the Canyon Course. I play here in 2017 and it was in a bad shape, but in 2021 I felt like I have playing in a real Championship course. By far, the best layout in Thailand. The front 9, are long and the back 9 has a lot of "Canyon" and water in play. Throughout the course, there are slopes everywhere. Do not hit into the rough or you will have a hard time. The greens fast and you need to read the lie properly as mentioned, SLOPES!. The Tifeagle green is really special.
Yes, Canyon Course is the best course I have played in.
